ESO9 information systems

Development of information systems in ESO9 began in 1997 with the aim of creating a new platform for information systems, which would be sufficiently stable both technologically and analytically, with a long-term outlook. The result of the development is the continuation of the tradition of the product line ESO. ESO9 information systems are based on the unique modern technology, which gives them limitless abilities, user-friendly environment and simplicity in terms of remote operation. Thanks to this we are able to cover the requirements of most users and to offer each of them their demanded functionality. Supplier support, consultations, training courses and of course independent progress of the information system. 

The ESO9 information systems are provided in three basic editions:

  • ESO9 Start – for companies with simple processes

Choosing an information system can be hard, make it easy 

We are always prepared to assist you, from the definition of the initial requirements, through the consequential formation of the project team, to the phase of the final selection of the suitable product edition. Thanks to initial analysis, the so-called introductory ESO9 information system study, we map your company processes and suggest an optimal solution. After the output material has been approved, the implementation itself, which is aimed to reach the information system functionality, which has been defined in the initial study, takes place. The implementation begins with system configuration, filling up of key codebooks, data transfer to the new system and filling up of the databases, creating of the required output structure and configuration of access rights. The implementation continues with user training and the test run.

After the system has been handed over to normal operation, the customer receives increased care of the system in the form of post-implementation technical support, also called the intensified supervision. This final volume of the basic services is supposed to finalize the process of implementation of ESO9 and to offer the customer the necessary background for the transfer to a new information system.
